At SOEI, we verify the identity of our individual and corporate clients using the following methods.

For individual clients

To verify your identity, we require official documents indicating your name, address, and date of birth (driver’s license, passport, pension book, alien registration card, and the like).

For corporate clients

To verify the identity of the organization, we require official documents (Certificate of Registered Matters, seal registration, and the like) indicating organization name and address (or address of the head office), along with the contact’s business card or other document indicating their personal name and position in the organization.
